Zest Promo Validity
Peak Season: 01 May to 15 June 2011 – Limited Supply of special promo coupons in the form of a hard ticket.
Lean Season: 16 June to 27 October 2011 and 07 Nov to 10 Dec 2011 – unlimited promo tickets available in the form of E-Ticket.
Embargo Period (Not valid during below dates)
28 Oct to 07 Nov 2011 and 11 Dec to 31 Dec 2011. (May Vary)
Promo Conditions: The Zest Promo Ticket is NON‐REFUNDABLE, NON‐COMMISSIONABLE, NON‐REROUTABLE, NON‐REBOOKABLE, NON‐TRANSFERRABLE and NON‐ENDORSABLE.
On Flight Disruption (Delays or Cancellation):
a. Due to technical and operational issue
Zest Airways will refund the amount equivalent to the air ticket paid.
b. Due to force majeure or Acts of God
Zest Airways will rebook the passenger on the first available flight.
NOTE: Land and hotel arrangement for cancelled flights are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder and not that of Zest or TravelOnline.
